EXPERIENCE

Photo with the regional esports team, taken after the LBFF 7 Finals.

I began my professional career in 2012 when I joined the Grupo NZN, which was one of the leading companies in websites and technology at the time, owning sites like Baixaki, Superdownloads, Tecmundo, Baixaki Jogos (now Voxel), and Click Jogos. I did a bit of everything—content maintenance, tutorials, guides, participated in events, and even did my first esports coverage, the GeForce GTX League of Legends Invitational Brasil.

In 2016, I freelanced for Canaltech, writing software guides and tutorials to help people use programs and applications more effectively. During that time, these websites were quite popular as it was after the growth of technology access in Brazil.

In 2017, I joined Webedia, a French company that in Brazil owns websites like AdoroCinema, Hypeness, IGN, and MGG. In my case, I worked at MGG with the esports team, creating various content, including interviews, infographics, texts, and content marketing, as it was part of my internship.

The year 2020 was the one where I had the most diverse range of jobs. I joined BBL as a Press Officer for Clutch, a Counter-Strike tournament, but the occasion prevented the in-person event from happening. This led me back to freelance writing, working with F451 Mídia on specialized game-related ghostwriting, and with Gamers Club at GC Media, writing about Fortnite, Free Fire, and Valorant.

In 2021, I joined Futbol Sites to manage the newly created gaming section on their website, aiming to integrate gaming news and tap into the audience of traditional sports. At this point, I was freelancing in three different places.

With the improvement of the world scenario, I joined Garena in January 2022 as a Junior Community Manager to finally work in marketing. Of all my experiences, this was the one where I acquired and utilized the most knowledge, as it demanded a lot from my skill set and I gained various abilities—besides being the first time I communicated extensively in English in a work environment.

I am always seeking opportunities to learn and apply my knowledge in gaming, technology, and marketing to provide the best experience to the audience. Want to discuss more? Feel free to send me a message, as I'm always open to connect.
